As the end of the summer fast approaches so too does the golfing season! And this season is set up to be one of the biggest and best that we have ever had. As we look back on the last year or so, I can only compliment our young athletes for the time, effort and dedication that they have put into the last 12 months.
With that effort and dedication, we have also been lucky enough to see a huge amount of success across all of our age divisions. The highlights of the summer included
A number of our juniors making their way to the US Kids World Championship finals in Pinehurst.
International team representation at the home Internationals in the United Kingdom
Representation in the last 16 of the US Junior Amateur Open
While these achievements cannot be underestimated in their stature, I think the biggest success has been seeing how the juniors are interacting and playing with each other away from competition. Looking at how many of our juniors have become close friends through the program is without doubt the biggest highlight of all.
With that in mind our 2021/22 Junior Development Program will commence at the end of September. Our juniors start from as young as 3 years old where they may take part in our Active start level, and can progress up through each level at their own pace.
If you are new to the program we will have a number of open day's throughout the month, and we offer a free 30 minute assessment with our coaches to all new attendees. This assessment allows us to find you the most suitable class for each junior, while also giving parents the opportunity to ask any questions they may have.
