GROUP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our group strength and conditioning programme is targeted at any golfer looking to condition their body to perform optimally whilst playing golf. We will progress through a periodised programme covering all aspects of golf related fitness from balance to max speed training.
JUNIOR FITNESS PROGRAM
A great introduction for junior golfers to fitness. Sports orientated sessions with a focus on basic movement fundamentals. This program will help our juniors become faster, stronger and more athletic to help them reach their goals.
To improve overall mobility and prepare you for weekend tournaments, this session will focus on mobility, flexibility and trigger point exercises. This will break down excessive tension in the body and ensure you are moving freely.
