GROUP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

 

Our group strength and conditioning programme is targeted at any golfer looking to condition their body to perform optimally whilst playing golf. We will progress through a periodised programme covering all aspects of golf related fitness from balance to max speed training.

   

 

Maximum of 6 people per class.
100 AED Per Session
60 Minute Sessions
Monday's & Wednesday's 7am - 8am
Tuesday's & Thursday's 6:00pm - 7:00pm

JUNIOR FITNESS PROGRAM

 

A great introduction for junior golfers to fitness. Sports orientated sessions with a focus on basic movement fundamentals. This program will help our juniors become faster, stronger and more athletic to help them reach their goals.

   

 

Maximum of 10 people per class.
50 AED per session
30 Minute sessions
Wednesday's & Friday's 6pm - 6.30pm
Saturday's and Sunday's 9:30am - 10am

STICK MOBILITY

 

To improve overall mobility and prepare you for weekend tournaments, this session will focus on mobility, flexibility and trigger point exercises. This will break down excessive tension in the body and ensure you are moving freely.

   

 

Maximum of 6 per class

Tuesday's and Thursday's @ 10am - 10:30
