Josh is an athlete strength and conditioning trainer & PGA professional with a passion for developing golfers of all levels into stronger, more capable athletes.
Bringing extensive experience from his time in the U.S. collegiate system and the professional game, Josh has successfully combined high level technical coaching with modern athletic development.
After founding his own performance training studio in the UK, he went on to serve as Head of Golf Development at Advance Performance, where he worked with national and county players, supporting their progression into U.S. college golf and preparing them for the physical demands of the professional ranks.
Josh’s philosophy is that golfers should train like athletes, he believes that building a powerful foundation of movement, mobility, and strength is essential not only for maximising performance, but also for improving longevity and helping every player, from ambitious club golfer to elite competitor, unlock their true potential.
